Your shoulder workouts been lacking? Throw in these giant sets and get them growing! I wanted to share some of the style of workouts I've been doing recently and wow have they worked. I've been taking typical giant sets and drilling down to each individual muscle. I can definitely say that I haven't been this sore in months and the pump is painful!

So, just did this workout. On the steering wheel move for front delts, Ryan was doing 45 pound plate, I started off with 25, then 10 then 5, but damn it I wasn-t going to 2-1/2 pound plate. Thanks Ryan you-re changing my whole outlook on how to workout. Ex power lifter, college football player that really just used power to move weight not the specific muscle needed.

shoulder laterals bottom range -mid range -top (tilt head forward)- barbell rows
parallel rear flys-incline bench flys- incline bench angel hands- bentover barbell rear pullovers
truck drivers-plate raise to face- plate front raise above face

giant sets:
1)
Lateral raises variations, wide upright rows
2)
standing rear delt flies, bench flies, weird flies, bar behind the back flies
3)
cables, rotation, front raises, high front raises

Seeing that this video is a year old, I'm a little late to the party here. That said, the tilted rotations as you're demonstrating are great for the rotator cuff, but will have little benefit to the rear delts.

Trued this, this morning. Rear delts: good, front delts: good. Lateral raises: bad, very bad. Small injury to the front of my elbow that keeps coming back when I do them. Very light weight maybe? I'll try it

Did the first three sets of four and thought I-d have to add to the end of the workout. Did the next set of four exercises and thought maybe maybe not. The last set of four was deadly.

WOW. I had great connection with my side and front delts. not so much rear delts. Even so, this was INSANE! I actually feel a pump in my shoulders. Never been able to accomplish that!

-When you started pissing a bowl of fruit loops- LMFAO! Time to go hit shoulders. Been working out about 12 years and still got some useful info out of this, much appreciated!

By the time I made it to the last giant, a plate was out of the question. Had to drop to 25 just to be able to hold it out in front. This workout is a monster
