At my gym, I feel a little weird sometimes because I'll be one of the only people I hear making any noise when I work out. Most people are just silent and look to be barely doing anything. They quit right before they get to the -good- part. I just can't help but make some noise because I'm over there blowing out my muscles and suffering. I make sure I'm not going overboard with it though. You don't want to be that guy who makes sure everyone in the gym hears how much weight he's lifting.

Ryan, i appreciate all the get down and dirty videos you post. I'm doing my best to try all these cursed filled muscle pumping ego humiliating exercises. Your videos have helped me keep my goal of making my muscle laced body in a constant state of woman drool desire, that not just the drunk or geriatric women would fight for. Great workout, bro! I personally would tune it up a bit and start with the rope push downs to pump blood into the triceps before putting so much pressure on the elbows with the skull crusher super sets. And on the ropes I switched it up to do full tricep extensions, followed by the half up ones and half down ones. That-s just me, maybe this will be helpful to someone. Thanks again, bro!

You're my spirit animal, I've been doing alot of Your exercises for years, through the same method of trial and error and laugh every time I see that pain face knowing full well how much it makes you feel like a bag of smashed assholes. Love your content!

I added a drag curl at the start of the skull crushers/close-grip press. By the time I'm done this exercise, I barely have the strength to re-rack my weights. I do, of course, because I'm not a piece of shit.

And the triceps behind the head why do you only do half reps why don't you pull that all the way up above your head does it do something different with the muscle really like to know the answer to this one

I swear. If I do legs Monday. Tuesday I see a leg video. Do back Wednesday. Thursday I see a back video. Stop watching my work outs and then showing me what a piece of shit I am. Let's get on the same page

Hey guys. Any ideas to stop the shoulders kicking in when doing tricep stuff. Doesn't matter how slow I go. How much I focus on the muscle. Mostly only feel shoulders kicking in. Grrr

Just done the routine along side 1 of your chest routines and I feel like just got hit by a truck - then the driver got out a kicked my ass for good measure awesome workout thanks Ryan

When you do the partials at the bottom range of the movement for the cable take one to two steps back to change the angle of the cable and get more tension right at the bottom
