This was a long video to film, seems like a full leg workout is one of the hardest things to film because you can't just demonstrate exercises. you have to really get in a workout. Started out with a variation for hamstrings that not only warms up but primes you for the squats to come. It's funny I thought for sure 25lbs would be too light even to demonstrate but that was a really holy crap I could get stuck down here grunt. Then onto a single leg stiff with a staggered stance which really lights them up. After that a burner of a entire leg exercises, especially glutes and quads by going lateral over the bench. Finishing off with a calf movement so they didn't get neglected

My legs have always been my weakest point in terms of growth and I was taught to believe that you can only get big legs by lifting super heavy. I've just finished a leg session where I was only squatting 35kg doing 3 quarter reps and my legs have never felt this pumped or sore after squatting even when I used to squat over 110kg. I never thought this type of squatting would make such a big difference. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

Just finished week2 legs of garage style program. Could not complete last set of backward lunges, but got all the rest. Legs are hello. If you are a big guy like me you may need to modify or lighten up on some sets as body weight is a factor

I wish you or someone would do a helpful vedio on legs for people who are over 60 and have had hip replacement or knee we DO NOT want to get an injury but need help building the muscles. The operation is to expensive to mis-it-up

Hi Ryan can women do these or do we have to make some adjustments, Love your great intensity in your workouts. I am only 5-3 118 but leg improvement is my goal seems to be the hardest for me.

Had to come back and find this video just to comment. My ass after those hip thrusts! It hurts to sit and take a shit. Really I can't do a damn thing without my legs hurting.

Does this help with explosiveness and speed/athleticism?
I really want bigger legs but I also want to gain speed as well. Will this do the trick?

Really need guidance here. I-m 50 had both knees totally replaced last year. What leg workouts are safe for this situation? I don-t wanna put myself in a bad situation
