Most people can't even measure the protein content in products.
So here is simple math. Take the amount of protein in grams and divided it by the amount of grams in scoop amount or scoop size. This will give you the approximate percentage of protein. I go for brands that have 75-90% proteins by volume. But Everything will say 100% protein, that's because they used real protein to make the product, no that its 100% protein.
Your welcome.

I remember when protein powder companies were scamming us. It was pretty much the majority of them. At the same time gnc, Walmart, Walgreens, and if I remember target we’re all selling fake supplements. Walmart even sold sand pills as supplements.

Flavored protein are suspicious, I worked in a company wich pick up the powder along the floor (became gray in color) and add it in the mixer because nobody could distinct after flavored. My suggestion is to buy only neutral whey and must be perfectly white

I've been using Nutrabio for years. I've tried probably 30 protein brands but i keep returning to them. Don't know why I never see them reviewed or independently tested because I'm super curious. Oh and Arnold Iron Mass was the worst I ever tried.

Well now you have to investigate protien powder we can trust. Everyone is shouting about how food is where it's at. And their right. But for some people eating like that isn't an option so we have to supplement

Furthermore, protein content in your protein needs to be 50-60% of Essential Amino acids, and 40-50% Non-Essentials, AND it needs to have 5g of BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per scoop.

Moral of the story. Eat your protein don’t drink it. I found that chicken breast/thighs actually are cheaper per 25g of protein. Save money, enjoy more food, trust again.

One of the best parts about this video was that you DIDN'T go, And this is my protein product. NOT made in China, pure, and available on my website --with a promo code.

I remember back in the early 00s when protein shakes claimed 40g per scoop. 20 years later, scoop size hasn’t changed, but protein now shown around 25g

Damn, I love musclepharm: / their banana flavor is my favorite. I can deal with less protein as long as there are no harmful substances in it.

Would love to see test results from the higher end proteins or at least the ones I perceive as higher end like the Jocko Molk for example

I often find myself wanting to go back to medieval or cowboy days where things were seemed more simple and real (although more dangerous.

With protein also you can never trust the scoop size. The simplest fix is to just use a food scale and actually aim for grams
