Big legs are so impractical. If you are into bodybuilding or play sports that require a strong driving force on a professional team, then get huge legs but for the rest of the people, don't try growing your legs to ridiculous sizes. Not only does your operate better as slim & toned appendages but they have overall better motility for day to day living. The problem with social media & fitness influencers is they want everyone to live the same lifestyle as them just so they can turn a profit in the industry they chose to live for. If you want huge legs then lift heavy, eat a lot, and most importantly do PED's. But if you enjoy having an attractive physique, build lean muscle mass, stay slim, stay natural, and find healthier hobbies that don't consist of attemoting to fix your low self-esteem by sitting in the gym. The gym does nothing for you that you can't do yourself.

I find the learning comment interesting because I have multiple engineering degrees from college and what I found after the whole experience is that college is nothing more than a place that concentrates all the information on a specific subject into one location and charges you a shit load of money for it. You're going to find that all that information is all out there almost for free anyhow. Then you realize you're gonna learn way more after college than you ever learned when you were there! So what did all that college tuition do for you that you can't do on your own Give you a piece of paper with your name on it and a degree title. And you wanna know how many times as an engineer anyone ever asked to see my credentials or my certificate of graduation from college Absolutely never!

Garage upper/ lower would be great.
That last machine - a machine variant of the reverse nordic curl I do them with a band tied up high I loop the band behind my back and under my armpits.
Kneel on the floor on my insteps and then lean back as far as I can go. They hurt like a mother.
I do need to rotate the Bulgarians back into my program.

Couple of comments. WGAF about your walls lol. Regarding the holes, put diamond plate half way up. Just get steel and paint it vs polished aluminum diamond plate. Next, just install a urinal.
Lastly, love the way you break shit down and throw some serious humor in. My wife said it's like listening to me talk about cars or hunting. Merry Christmas.

I bought the upper-lower program as is, and just do normal benching and squatting as a substitute for all the Smith machine stuff. However, I'd buy it again if there was a garage version so I don't have to second guess myself. I'd create a version that uses Ares or a functional trainer and power rack, barbell, dumbell.

What I do now I recently changed is all breaks are only 30 seconds. By the time I’m at the 3rd or 4th set I can only do a few reps. I was taking a 1 or 2 min break before so I can do full amount of reps. Now I want last set to kill me any only do 4 or 5 reps with muscles screaming

How do you do leg curls without cramping I skip leg curls, sometimes I do them but I go light even though I can do heavier weights. Only reason I skip them is due to getting hamstring cramps all the time. Do you have any ways to prevent this

My guy. Your vulnerability is so funny. Thank you for being one of the best. Really cool to learn about those machines too. I think I have a problem with buying equipment and I think you just introduced some new pain on my bank account

I like this new format of talking about different subjects during the video. drones, to wolverine stack. etc
Also, I bought the upper lower program, and I promise, I've seen serious growth within the first three weeks already

I am jealous of all the cool gym equipment you have! I would have to visit 20 gyms and still wouldn't find the equivalent to all of them (maybe with a bit of creativity and far less safety. Great video as usual! Thanks again!

I am 51 and bought the upper/ lower program. Just got done with the first week. I may buy a wheel chair so I can get enough recovery to roll myself into week 2. Thanks for the challenge: )

Seated calf raises have been shown to be useless. The soleus gets the same result as the standing and the gastros get no stimulation during the seated. So it’s best to just do standing.

Anyone ever notice the amazing difference in hamstring curls if you point your toes versus flex your ankle back (like exercising your tibialis) It’s really dramatic for me.

So funny and true what he said on pre recs for being a trainer there is none. I don't have a degree in exercise science just years of self-taught and reading learning.

I actually brought knee sleeves back into rotation a few months ago. I don’t use them too often, but they’re good to have on the days the knees are feeling funky.
