Foods That Can Cause Stomach Bloating: Today we are going to talk about bloating, not the kind of bloating you get from going on a first date and not farting for 7 hours and you come home riling in pain because there is nothing I can do about that- It-s a first date so tough it out. Specifically, I-m talking about stomach bloat that seemingly comes out of nowhere and ruins your life for a good few hours. The good news is that in 99% of people it can be traced back to one of these as the root cause. The truth is that everything can be traced back to the foods we eat and the things we consume. Our bodies are highly efficient machines but the truth is there are just certain foods that you shouldn-t eat and since I love to be controversial let me tell you exactly what those are. Basic Cruciferous Vegetable Ingredients: 1) Chop vegetables. 2) Add salt. (Preserves food from bad bacteria until enough lactic acid is produced) 3) Pound or massage to release juices. 4) Press into quart jar(s) and seal. 5) Keep in a dark place at room temperature for 2-7 days. 6) Refrigerate or store in cellar. (Most vegetables keep for a year. Sauerkraut is reportedly best after 6 months) See link for further instructions

I'm glad wheat and gluten is mentioned in this video. I have severe anxiety issues when I eat any form of refined carb food, and almost all processed foods bring out my anxiety issues also. I don't have problems with garlic and onions myself however, and I just have small amounts at a time and I have no problems with vegetables.
Dairy is a guilty pleasure though and I should stop consuming it but I'm already running out of foods to give me enough nutrients as it is. I'm low carb most days to keep my anxiety and autistic meltdowns to a minimum. I tried pea protein years ago and just couldn't stomach either the texture or taste. Alas, I use cheese as more of a protein food (as well as fish, and several different meats)and I tend to digest cheese (in modest doses) better than milk (which I don't touch really.
I think most foods are problematic due to modern agricultural methods though. Rice has become 2nd rate processed starch in many cases and I can't touch that as it causes my heart rate to skyrocket within an hour after consuming. Looks like I'm 50% of the way to a keto diet without even trying to be, and not by choice.
I despise carbonated drinks and totally concur with the bloating issue. Hard to eat healthy, particularly without being loaded with thousands of pounds (not those ones we lift at the gym either! :D )

Hey bud do you have a link of what your diet is what you can eat but what you can't eat what I should eat I mean it's so much crap out here now that it's hard to decide what I can eat and what I can't eat I don't know if you have a diet plan or not but I just need to change a little bit of stuff and I like to do it the right way I look at people my age a think what the f##k I don't want to look like them maybe you can help me. Thanks

Primary bloat issues for majority of people stems from the lack of digestive enzymes they consume. Pasteurization kills these enzymes so it's no wonder they can't tolerate a super food like milk. On the other hand some foods can't be eaten raw by most like broccoli.
You'll never eat anything better for you however including the boost to testosterone then consuming raw milk or garlic. That's a fact

I'd agree with some but Garlic, onions and cruciferous vegetables have well proven health benefits. I'm sure a few million Latinos would disagree with beans. Your natural gut flora will adapt to most of the foods you eat. The biggest thing that causes bloating, is changing up your diet. Give your dry dog food fed dog a can of wet cat food and you'll see what I mean.

todays date, 13/10/2021, fast forward 2. 5 years. ryan becomes an asshole, telling us how we F-#k up all the time, and basically mops the floor with our faces. not this pansy watered down version on this video, love it. and on a side note, been enjoying the content and its turning me into a sweaty grunting piece of trash at gym, and i just want to say thanks: )

I call BS on this whole vid. Every body is different but this guy talks about some kind of super-weak genetically inferior type of human, which is just not true for most people. the body is generally pretty adept at eating beans and lentils and weeds. he runs his mouth with techno babble but clearly doesn't know anything about metabolism

Loved the new slick intro, esp. right after Breakthrough where it says Ryan Humisotn. Spell Check For The Loss. But I totally agree on the video content, fodmaps are bad news for me and I am loving the Nutrisumma Pea Protein that I got after watching an earlier vid from Mr. Humisotn. No bloat!

I agree with everything but giving up CRUCIFEROUS and GARLIC all properly cooked will not cause bloat and are full of protective elements, cancer prevention for one. Pure, unadulterated YOGOURT and cheeses, beats out other foods for bone strength.

Depends on your gut flora. Eating habits also matter. Smaller bites, chew for longer, eat slower, and take your time. Chomping huge bites and swallowing hole will wreck your stomach, take longer to digest, and make harder stool.

I was following your list until we got to cruciferous vegetables. Now I'm like shoot, what do we eat then? I think a balanced diet where you eat certain veggies in moderation should be good enough. What is your diet plan?
