How To Design A Workout Plan

A little trip to Hunter K9 in Cave Creek then a discussion on what 2 things I think every workout plan needs to be centered around mark: Ryan
I-m a 53 yr old male. What has been your experience with muscle growth by really hitting a body part a day. I know there are a lot of variables but for me right now is a factor. For example if I work legs as educated and efficient as possible (minus a lot of sciency stuff) can I see gains? I-ve not had to approach my work outs this way before but now must consider. I-d appreciate your thoughts and experience. Especially with older fellas like me. Thanks Ryan!

Hey Ryan, I love your videos, I think I've watched every one of them! In less than a week lol. You've really made me think about focus on individual muscles in a so called compound exercise. I'm following the high volume giant set approach especially with arms, quads and shoulders. I would love a video on how you change you routine and how often but more importantly why? I love the science behind training and periodization etc.

Ok, I got you. My man boobs before my jello wing arms. I need to know like Monday work this and this. Tuesday, work this and this. So forth and so on. Just work those until you die then the next day work the next set until you die and keep repeating the pattern. That's what I need to know. You show how to work the muscle group until you die or crap yourself. I love your videos.

Dear Mr. Humiston, I have enjoyed your instructional programs and have incorporated many of your ideas in my own work outs, which appear to be most effective. the only one I will not use is the -widow maker-, which at 62 years old, may very well become a reality for my poor wife. many thanks and do keep going. Peter.

I been training for bout 10 yrs steady. Its my lifestyle eating and all. Just some reason i feel like i dont have intensity no more. I do drop sets and all different things just dont feel like i lay it all out no more. Not sure what i need to do different. I havent lost interest at all i love to train.

I-m lost in this program stuff it kinda feels like the world is trying to push me towards a $20 program -tailored for me- I have been told simply hitting each muscle twice a week and focusing on getting stronger at the same exercises will kill me

Following you for 2 weeks now. I really feel the pump and growth with high volume workouts. My weakness is doing pull ups so I start with that. But I warm up with cables to get everything loose. Thanks for the videos

Dude, this is the video I needed. Our company gym just re-opened to us and I had no real work out plan except push until I fail. So after work tonight, I'm there and gonna trash my arms before I do legs.

3: 29 felt like he was speaking directly to me. I-ve always thought of it as I need my bis fresh to pull my man weight. But shit, bis should catch up if I pre exhaust. Damn
