How To Grow Your Upper Chest - Thicker Fuller Pecs

Ready for some upper chest? Ran through a lot in 5 min of this video. 4 exercises that you-ve probably done before but added a few tweaks to them to make sure that you really make that mind muscle connection. Also, went over what I think is critical when bringing up lagging body parts and that is focusing in on them. Don-t try to just hit them after a long workout but dedicate an entire workout to them each week. If you have a good mind muscle connection and make an entire workout centered around hitting that weak body part then it-s only a matter of time before it becomes a strength

I watched this video when it was first posted. Somewhat ignored it because I mostly do home workouts. I had to come back to this video to comment. That barbell move he does can be easily replicated at home with resistance bands. Wow. The pump was insane. I know it looks a bit odd, but it works. And as he said, this is a high rep movement. But I've done this in the 10-15 rep range and have had a great pump. However, don't be shy on going into the upper 20s on reps. That checks will be burning hot! Thanks you RH!

Ryan Humiston you are -the man-! Lol Im using considerably less weight, much higher reps than I ever done, and I feel like I-m working harder than I ever had before - not to mention The horrifying targeted burn, and the soreness that follows! Can-t stand it - even my wife and friends are noticing the gains after just 3 weeks or so. Thank you so much!

Tried his techniques. They seemed a little odd. After the first workout I was hooked. And that reverse grip benching for triceps got my tri's blown like never before! I have been in this for a couple decades as far as training and interest and I have never had such immediate improvements. with less weight! He's the Real Deal.

You're doing yourself and my upper chest a disservice by only having one video being dedicated to it. Do you really expect these 4 exercises to have kept my chest growing this past year and a half? I plateaued a year and a half ago! Time for another one, please!

I only just discovered Ryan during lock-down. Great content! Gyms have just opened back up in Scotland so I'll definitely be implementing some of these movements into my training! Keep the videos coming Ryan. You have earned yourself another loyal sub!

Hey Ryan, I can really visualize the benefit of the landmine press but do not have access to a bar row. Is there another exercise you can recommend that would duplicate this movement? I enjoy movements that bring the elbows closer. Thanks in advance.

Upper chest is my week point, I never feel that the exercises I do are really working and I never have any soreness in my chest like I do when I work my legs or arms. I'm going to try this workout and hopefully ill gets some gains from it.
