So you-re either looking to strengthen or grow your glutes and the good news is that it-s a very simple process. It-s simply about doing very specific exercises that allow you to progressively overload your glutei and over time you will see a tremendous change. I pulled out three of the most basic glute exercises and walked through different variations that I do that helps give me a better contraction but most importantly keeps my hamstrings and lower back from jumping into the movement. I-m excited to see what you think and if you-ve ever done any of these variations yourself

YO Ryan! love the vids, no mucking about. Question. Do all of these need to be done? Not saying because I don't want to, they seem to be repeating the same muscle. Or is it a case of making sure they get totally blasted? God knows I need a good ass blast. wait that didn't come out right.

He doesn't mentioned that proper deep core and foot activation is key for glute activation.
The exercises aren't that great. The hip trust doesn't work well for growing the glutes except for very high volume. And most people don't use their glutes properly when deadlifting.

Thank you man. I'm a thinner guy now, used to be pretty fat like 250 lbs in middle school. Butt needs work and I will try these excerices in hopes my nalgas will one day be as strong as yours! Thanks again! --

That form you showed for sumo is that the same you would use if doing it as a conventional deadlift replacement? Or this hinge style is only when emphasizing the glute?
