Can anyone help me figure out why I'm feeling the Coffin and Barrel Press mostly in my shoulders? I'm almost sure my form is correct and am dropping the weight to about half of what's demonstrated but for some reason my shoulders feel like they are firing more than my chest. Any pointers or leads would be greatly appreciated, though I know it's hard to say here. Thank you in advance!

my delts and tris are quite weak, so I find many isolation exercises on the chest hard to complete without those other muscles kicking in. Does anyone reckon it's probably better to leave out some of these movements if you're intermediate level, and focusing instead on the basics, like deadlifts, flat/incline bench, and normal flyes?

Can you back your camera up a little, I-m trying to do your exercises but I don-t think i have my body positioned properly sometimes. I don-t know if I-m putting my legs different then what you are but sometimes it-s not as focused on the muscle group as your saying it-s supposed to, I think it-s all my positioning.

Shit I got to work on push-up and every thing lo hurt my hands over the years. Now I deal with fixing weak forarms that when weight lifting even fairly light to in the past my elbows hurt like hell. Never giving up though just working at ways to rebuild and find how to solve issue

Wow, just tried the dumbbell push ups at 4: 20 and I really felt an awesome stretch. Great push-up variation. I have also been using some of your isolation techniques and I really like them Thanks. (Age 53 and getting back in shape.

Just completed this. Holy -. I'm smoked. First exercise took a bit of working out to get connection right but the second, and the coffin press. wow. Love your vids, the subtle tweaks are amazing. Keep up the great work -!

Mr. Humiston, i tried these exercises on my chest day and I must say you are a complete dick. My chest still hurts. Im not doing these again, until next chest day. Thanks man this was a killer workout. Much appreciated.

One mistake that I-ve done before is going to a bunch of different videos from different people and getting a lot of different opinions. I think it-s safe to say that I-m just gonna stick to this guys advice.
