If you don't get the Old School reference in the title and thumbnail then we can't be friends. Either way here's a video I did on my last chest workout. I think you're definitely going to like some of these exercises and different variations, my upper chest is already sore from yesterday

I learned years ago about -packing- your shoulders in and back as to decrease pressure on shoulder capsule and emphasize using pecs. It works. The catch is light weight I reps. You really have to concentrate on pinning your shoulder blades back. I'm 50 yo gym rat with screwed up shoulders and without a doubt, that technique works to preserve your shoulders yet put more smoke on the pecs.

When I do ring support holds in the gym everybody looks at me weirdly lol. It-s actually a great exercise for improving your grip strength, core strength and it has helped me massively with my dip rep count. Before I could just about do 1 but after building up general strength and doing support holds my record in one set ie now 6: )

Hello from the UK mate. Back in the gym after five years and a battle against rheumatoid arthritis. Forty pounds lighter already, and now starting lift weights. Enjoy the clips, You can-t beat common sense, no nonsense dialogue and a positive attitude. Nice one, learning a lot more than I thought I knew.

I feel that you are unbelievably honest and dont try to do what all these other mofos do and go ridiculously heavy. You relate to the common man and I really appreciate that. I live by the knowledge you give religiously. Thank you!

Smoking a cigarette in the preview image? Gross. Unsubscribing. Why would I want health advice from someone poisoning their lungs. I smoked for almost 20 years, age 15 to 35. Then I learned to value myself and my health.

You are putting out a huge value of information, but to train chest with a partial range of movment is a no for me.
Maximum stretch with full range of motion with that dweet ass squeeze at the top is my way

I dont get it with the dumbell press. You are going higher in weights? How are you able to go higher after finishing the first set without rest? I allways go to failure, otherwise it's just a warmup set.

Really appreciate the straight to the point. Currently in Afghanistan working on that -deployment body-. Your videos are great and I'm showing 'em to all the team. Getting After It! and Getting Growin!

Hands down the most practical, -out of the box- thinking, isolated movements I-ve seen! I will echo everyone else with big props for getting right to the point and the short intros! Keep em coming Ryan!

I hurt my shoulder and that first work without weight hurts to perform, but my doctor insisted that 2 weeks of no upper body workouts would help and here I am 4 weeks later in worse pain
