Ryan, I think you're probably bang on when you say that the majority of us workout at home with just dumb bells. I'd bet that your dumb bell and barbell workout videos would get the most hits as they apply to both people with and without gym memberships. Videos on workouts that include expensive equipment apply exclusively to people who go to gyms. Thanks for the great dumb bell videos, Ryan.

I gotta ask (in case the info went over my head, what triceps head do these workouts emphasize? Pretty sure you mentioned the first workout emphasizes the long head, but did the single arm skull crusher shift any of the load to the medial? And is is safe to assume the last workout focused on the lateral head?

Hey Ryan! Can you make a vid on how to gain muscle for hard gainers? I eat 5 times a day and way above my daily calories, I hit the gym 5 days a week and follow many of your routines and I-m in the (15-25) rep zone, I see very small and slow results.

How does this guy train? I'm getting too old for lifting heavy so looking for a new routine but some videos he's going heavy others light. Don't want to buy the program to be confronted with another set of 8-10 reps 3-5 sets. Great videos.

Ryan
Is there any way to get written or printed descriptions of the routines you do in your videos? Your videos are awesome. But, I sometimes have difficulty remembering all of the specifics of a particular movement.

reply

Straight to the point! I've added some of these movements to my sessions last week. We shall see what gains I make, but the new movements added more excitement to my workouts. I can't wait to get to the gym!

I-d love to see some T Bar ideas.
I use it for standard back legs out lift. Stand up for arm building, floor to standing raise and sometimes lateral thrusts and it-s just weird. Need help with T bar

Love your videos as they are short, precise and quality. I especially love the dumbbell only ones. Keep them coming. Would love a part two for triceps, biceps, shoulder, back, chest.

Your videos are really fantastic. But please add on-screen text mentioning the mistakes not to do along with the workout name so that we can get a count of how many exercises.
