Ready for a full body workout? With no equipment! Went to Park City this week and I thought it would be a challenge to do a full body workout without any equipment and it definitely was. Not in the way I was thinking though, I thought it would be hard to hit every muscle. turns out it was just hard to complete. I'll put the full sets and reps later this evening. IG

Sick of these adds talking about this and that but don-t provide you with anything you can take from it unless you spend over $100 for an internet product thats just an online -training- program-. Just get a gym membership, or body weight exercises and put in the work

Honestyl, this guy's simple and straight to the point advices just not helped me gain a load of muscles, but also: free my mind. Don't consider all the bullcrap the others talk about. Keep it simple and tight, stick to it - results will come on their own: D

dude you need to embrace your core and posteriorly rotate your hips on the pushups
also on the pike pushups you want to be pushing diagonally up in a similar direction path to an overhead press rather than up and down like a pushup

I was wondering, what is your split? I mean how do you split up your workouts 1 day legs (is that with calves and hamstrings)
2 day arms and so on?

Love the vlog at the end. By the way, if one does not feel like eating carpet, isometrics and different levels of flexion can really hit those biceps in a workout such as you just demonstrated.

There's a type of curl you can do where you lay on your back, twist your torso and leg over for resistance then curl your leg and you can also simulate pullups on a slippery floor surface

Protein shakes are not the best thing for your money, only 17% of synthetic protein powder is absorbed by the body for tissue. eggs oh and there is bad cholesterol, check out Eric berg.

Funny you mentioned ab roller during the lat work. Just a few days ago I tried to figure out lat movements without pullups and thought about ab roller -pullovers-.

I found watching this video strange, cause most of these exercises would normally be done by a yoga instructor or some one slimmer, but I love it.
