Ready for some more hamstring exercises? If you're curious about the exact sets & reps: Lying leg curls - 3sets/20reps Dumbbell Stiff Legs - 3sets/15-20reps Hamstring Glute/Ham Raise Variation - 30reps/27reps/18reps/12 ugly, painful, don't judge me reps. Hit hamstrings this morning at 5: 00am, wasn't overly thrilled about it but I've seen the request come through more than a few times so I figured it was about time to get another hamstring video out. Let me know the video you want me to do next! IG

Hey Ryan
Been pushing iron for about 6 months. Growing but also having alot of pain. Not as much as muscle pain more of neck hurting one then that gets better and my lower back starts hurting and then while that's going on I have, a rib pop out in the middle of the night. I am stretching pretty good. So I'm not sure what's happening. This does not seem normal but my friends say it good. What is your take.

Ryan cannot cease to amaze me. Being always aware of the tiniest bits of his body, knowing EXACTLY the positions, the angles, the stress level - this is mind power, people. Being impressively huge is one thing, many people can do it - but this level of body-awareness and control is freaking sorcery.
His professionalism is totally kickass!

When tryin to use the glute ham raise machine, I tend to feel it alot in my lower back as if i'm doing a hyperextension. I've tried putting my hips where you said, but I can't seem to not engage my lower back and end up tiring there before my hamstrings are done. Is there any advice for this?

I remember you sayin you hit chest, back, shoulders, legs, and arms on separate days with a little abs and calves sprinkled in. but do you only hit specific parts of the leg on your leg days or are you still hitting quads, hams, calves, and glutes all together?

Love the videos man. Your tips and little changes you make to certain lifts are a huge help. Just curious if you-re gonna do a video on nutrition, macros, and such. Are you still vegan? Are you still doing vegan keto?

Thanks again for the amazing content. I've been having a few issues with shoulder growth. Wondering if you have any personal tips / demonstrations for targeting the front, mid and rear delts please? Love from the UK.

I'm looking for exercises to do at home. I have some dumbbells and resistance bands. I don't like going to the gym. I'm a female. In not trying to be big just lose some fat and get toned

Hey man, one thing I want to commend you on is the multiple angles you show for each execute. It really helps me not look as much of a dumbass when I try something for the first time

That last exercise! I-ve walked past that thing in the gym for a year thinking -no idea what that-s for & I-m not about to be the test dummy-
Awesome - thanks Ryan!

I've never understood why I need to train hamstrings as a separate part. I squat and shit, ofc, but why would i need these big meaty lines at the back of my leg.
