Man holds his breath for 7'45 in the pool Jacob: when did you start contractions? i saw some discomfort around 3 minutes just not sure when you actually started. my breath hold is getting alot better (just hit 4minutes 10 sec the other day with contractions at 245) how long can i really wait after those contractions?
