Petar: Come on people body cant change in 30 days if you workout all day every day it is not possible especially as picture shows this change in picture would need at least 7 months to a year i was going in a gym hard training 4 times a week sometimes also at home and after 4 months it was some small progress but nothing special it is fraud who ever says that body can change in a month that is ridicilous dont be naive Date: 2021-12-23
