I really like the exercises. it seems very effective. however my only problem is when I'm doin the exercises and it shows the other exercise which is coming up next. I seem to get a little distracted from completion the original exercise that I still need to complete. is this only happening with me? Lol I'm embarrassed already -

good! done! today I was a bit less enthusiast to do the class but I did it and I'm proud! Less energy and less motivation but as we say -less is more- hahaha! good job girls! we will arrive to the end!

First week done! Yay. And I had no juice or sugary drinks this week! Next week working on cutting out sugary snacks I did actually use less sugary snacks this week buy could do better next week!

I'm on my third week of bounce forward, and I own almost every program on Jo website. But this is the finest, since you can do it with your friends who doesn't have paid programs!

Found these workouts and loved this one. glad there was a cool down too - the music was so relaxing but now can come back for more tomorrow without any sore muscles!
