The tip about elbows was very helpful, I kept accidentally lifting my forearms up, seeing myself but not really knowing what to do. The connection with elbows didn't click until now, thanks!

He is doing it properly. good show dude. - somtimes you can bend the elbows a bit more and really feel the burn in your traps.
