Todays- mini workout was inspired by the amount of time i spend at a desk, working, editing and learning. As a business owner, youtuber, and student, i know how challenging it can be to keep movement in my schedule and get movement in intermittently throughout my day. Moving throughout your day is CRUCIAL to seeing results. If you are only moving for a small portion of your day, and sitting or laying down for the rest without activating your muscles, it could be counterintuitive to your goals! Something as simple as activating your core between meetings or classes can help you -relieve tension, -get rid of bad energy, -correct your posture, -relieve back pain, -and make you feel that much closer to your goals! Starting about may 23rd, I-ve been trying to work out every day or at least 5x every week with maybe one day or rest or light day. I-ve been trying to do a minimum of 40min/day aiming for at least an hour and then 30min on light days. I-ve visibly lost weight and have been doing so many walk the weight off vids and am starting to incorporate more into my routine like abs and glutes. I-ve never felt better and these videos have been fantastic for me! Lost a lot of weight and my boobs and butt shrank so I definitely need to up my glutes so I get that bubble butt back.

This helped wake me up at work today. I feel so overwhelmed with my workout routine. Im an overthinker sadly and where I wanna do all of jos videos at once even tho I know I shouldn't I dunno where to start so I wind up jst shutting down for a moment. today this small workout helped me fight the shut down though

Thank you so much for this video. Being a mom working at a desk from home during COVID I found I have gained a whole lot of weight. This is perfect to break up my day and ease me into moving more. I would love to see more quick 5 minute desk workouts!

Just did this, I sit a lot due to chronic pain and this was my first workout in a while and feels so good. looking forward to moving up with your other videos. will do this one often. thank you! :)

You should do a few more of these 5 minute desk workouts. Great to keep me moving even when I can-t get away from the desk or for something easy first thing on the morning to get me moving.

Thanks! I hurt my back a few weeks ago and I am looking for more seated excersises while I heal. And my 83 year old mother can do these workouts. More, more, more!
