David harbour\'s hellboy workout - Buff Dudes Drinner: BUT, what does David Harbour's body REALLY look like, now! What were his results! I can't find any online at all. Oh, and I'm not referring to when he's done up as Hellboy, because that's all body prosthetic, which to me kind of defeats the purpose a little bit. I want to know/see what his results are UNDERNEATH the Hellboy prosthetic. Anyone got any images or video of that!

Never expected he played the role as the new Hellboy in the first place but he needs to gain more weight again to be in Stranger Things if there is any sequel for that upcoming Netflix series.

When I heard -5 sets of 10, 8, 5, 3, 3, - I initially thought 10/8/5/3/3 was one set and you planned to complete 5 of those. Mentally I freaked out about the training volume.

This is pretty much a bench workout with 2 lower body exercises just to mantain the full body habit. Pretty good indeed, bench is my fav lift.
