Not being too into myself, but I can't do barbell shrugs because my thing down there is too big, it's like literally hitting it, unless I go into a pelvic tilt but that would destroy my lower back. Any other suggestions?

I-m gonna start a 3 days Full body routine, Mon, Weds, and Fri! Can I go to the gym on Tues and Thurs and do these exercises? Since I feel they-re my weak points!
