Favorite dumbbell exercises of all time! - dumbbell workout plan p2d2 - Buff Dudes Josh: Thank you. I've always primarily used dumbbells as I workout alone almost all the time. I gave my bench and dumbbells to my brother years ago when he started at the police academy. I instead started going to the gym. Well now that we're all quarantined, I'm back to basics with only an adjustable bench and a pair of 25lb dumbbells that my dad got back in the 80s. I've been desperately trying to find heavier weight, but it's like trying to find gold right now. It never occurred to me until I watched a couple of your dumbbell exercise videos that instead of frantically searching for more weights to do my same old routine, that I should instead try new exercises for new routines. Again, thanks man. Needed that boost of motivation.

For anyone coming out of P1 to P2 of this program one word of advise, do not over estimate your weight on this phase.
I'm in my first week and day one almost killed me cause I thought I was gonna be stronger than I was and today I had to lower my weight half way though a lot of these exercises. It has really showed me where my weak points are in my stabilization and balance.

I'm sorry Buff Dude but could you repeat what you were saying -2: 48? Something about a good way to start -that- workout is to be using a lot of muscles at once!

Bought your dumbbell plan today. Bench and dumbbells are under way. Thanks for these videos, they surely help. Although I have to say I got more out of my money with your previous plans.

The exercise that targets the back shoulders/traps is fantastic. Arms only for warm up, then 10, 15, .maybe 20? Too much. but light weights just at 10. Is a lot of stress already.

The girl got a hardcore work out walking around. I started laughing at the end of his set and you see her trying to get her booty on camera. She just needed to do squats right there!

Hi, I enjoy your training videos. With the supported dumbbell rows, isn-t there a fear of placing the neck in a delicate position, putting undue strain on it?
