God of gains - dumbbell workout plan p2d4 - Buff Dudes Texas: Question for you guys, what exercises would you recommend to gain muscle within a short amount of time say three to four months, and how many times a day and for minutes or an hour? And more importantly what can I eat to help build and shape the muscles?

Hi. In this phase 2. What days do you recommend? Seeing as full body, ae we meant to have 1 rest day in between? If Mon Wed Fri Sun, the following week would only be 3 days Tues Thurs Sat? I am starting this 12 week so would like clarification. Thank you.

1: 15 box squats 4x8
4: 50 bent over alt rows 4x8
6: 05 alt incline press 4x8
8: 11 alt shoulder press 4x8
10: 00 bent over shoulder ext 3x10
10: 49 underhand fly 3x10
12: 27 reverse crunch 3x15

Quick question, when you move into phase 2, what rest days do you recommend? In Phase 1 I rested on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

Love this series of workouts, only doing second phase to fit in my week for now. Just wondered why there-s no deadlift exercises? Most people swear by them?

Step 1. Buy medium and Large identical shirts
