Hey dudes! We've wanted to do a video like this for a LONG time. We originally wanted to call it -Buff Dudes Uncut- but. uh, that didn't quite sound right so we're instead calling it the -Follow Along- series. Let us know if you'd like more in the future and what kind of -Follow Along- videos. Also - a little health update. Ankle is recovering nicely (but slow) doing about an hour of mobility a day and going to physical therapy. I -just- got the boot off so it's back to walking in normal shoes! Hell yeah. This. Is. Awesome! I was just thinking of doing some HIIT excercises, but I live on the 2nd floor in an apartment and don't want to be jumping around to piss off the neighbors, so this is an excellent modification! Thank you! PS I don't have a chin up bar, nor would I have the strength for it. Any modifications to build up to it? Much appreciated!

Recently moved to a new place where it's harder to get to the gym regularly. Luckily I have some dumbbells and an eaz bar. Thankful you guys are doing the db series, going to try this workout tonight. Trying to work out at least once everyday in February.

Best workout ever. Just had Foot reconstruction Surgery and this is very motivating because after a month of not being able to put any weight on my foot this video has convinced me that I can workout. Appreciate it.

Please do a full body series with a ton of videos and each muscle group. Follow along is the best and only way to go. Anabolic aliens does a great job of these videos and has a ton of hits.

I love the fact she was supporting you. we all need that some days and to see that our idols do as well reminds us we are the same and can lose weight and become buff dudes ourselfs
