Bro tip for hanging leg raises: there's a reason why you feel a lot more stable when you do them seated. Your arms are flexed in a 90 degree angle which prevents swinging. Do the same thing when hanging: pull yourself half way up and keep the biceps flexed. Also, neutral grip is strongest in my experience.

Thank god i finished the endurance phase. It took a lot out of me. Sweat was pouring out of me. But i enjoyed it. Thanks buffdudes.
