This workout almost ended us - superhero plan stage 2 day 3 - Buff Dudes Kurt: I find pistol box squats are the best way to learn after you know the hip hinge. Squeeze abs put one leg out flexed then drive the other foot into ground and squat up with one leg, slowly go up and slowly try to sit back down with 1 leg. Repeat with each leg multiple sets a day train it like core with body weight to get that balance.

Bro tip for hanging leg raises: there's a reason why you feel a lot more stable when you do them seated. Your arms are flexed in a 90 degree angle which prevents swinging. Do the same thing when hanging: pull yourself half way up and keep the biceps flexed. Also, neutral grip is strongest in my experience.

Bro tip for a DIY hamstring curl: lie on your traps, hips pushed up and move a skateboard with your feet. Use a tension band/cable on your feet and a firm object to increase intensity.

I hope my gym doesn't close due to the coronavirus! I have been seeing awesome results with this workout plan! I might have to purchase the body weight only plan just in case.

Hi buff dudes, here in Italy gyms are closed and we can't go out for three weeks. What can I do at home? I don't have dumbbells, weights. Thank you!
