Lose fat & build muscle with this workout - superhero plan stage 2 day 2 - Buff Dudes Steven: I notice that you do ball slams bending over and squatting down as you slam the ball, which makes perfect sense to me, but I've seen some people do slams while remaining rigidly upright, stiff as a board. What would be the rationale for doing them that way? (Anti-flexion core exercise) Also, my understanding of Around The World's, which I've sometimes done as a shoulder warmup, is that this move primarily hits muscles of the rotator cuff. Do I have that right?

I'd love to see the weight you're recording on each of these movements. Could you put them in the description or comments going forward? Were loving the program, but holy shit I can't wait to be done with endurance! -

Not trying to hate or anything but this workout is cool and all for endurance, but really if you wanted to lose fat and build muscle you would be better of going with a compound heavy workout. You dont lose more fat by lifting light weights really fast

How about on the second circuit you put, T-Bar Row, landmine press and than maybe single arm land mine presses, just because at a gym I might not have the equipment or the ability to use different machines for a circuit. what do you think?

I've been planning to add the dB or BB pullovers to my workout (I only have access to free weights) but I've been too lazy to learn the correct way. Definitely adding it next time I reprogram my full body workout.

I have noticed in a few videos where people are not wearing shoes while working out in their home gym. Is this a matter of preference or is there another reason for this? Thanks in advance.

Fun fact, the Bradford press sucks wayyyy more than looks at first. i initially thought oh, its just the bar, that shouldn't be bad at all, yeah, that shit fried shoulders.

Where's the Lewis update video? We all wanna see how the buff dude has kept up haha. I'm 18 and training, and the bulking plan series is really motivating! :)
