Upper body dumbbell only home workout (build the chest & back) - Buff Dudes Dom: Question: im trying to lose fat and keep and grow muscle. I have my calories set to 2100 a day based on the research i did, im also hitting my macros everyday and im seeing result for sure now my question is. Im only consuming 2100 a day but im also burning at leats 800 cal a day does that makes it too much of a cut in calories? Am i gonna lose muscle? Or as long as i hit my calories and macros and just workout should be fine?

Really like the incorporation of the dumbell snatch in there. Maybe throw that into one of the Hudson HIIT videos. Could do a single dumbell workout with weights being impossible to come by. Snatch, single arm thrusters, kettlebell style swings, etc. Could be a mega fat burner. Love the content. YATS FFUB.

Good touching thorough on this! Dumbells are awesome and you can do so much shit with them. Contact with deep muscle fibers and muscle-mind connection is awesome to practice with these buggars. Thanks for inspiration and the EYE CANDY. Broccoli pizza was actually edible! awesome man

I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.
