Arms (biceps / triceps) bodyweight workout - Buff Dudes peace: Well. this exercises do work. I have been doing the spear push ups and diamond pushups. but I got my shoulder and forearms injury which took very long to recover. actually when u start weight training u start from the beginning level and gradually u start getting strength. but due to body weight which may be heavier then ur muscular strength lead u to such injuries.

This video is pretty awesome but my question is. what other alternative/modified exercises could someone do that suffer from impaired/limited mobility i. e wheelchair bound or is an amputee or anything along those lines. I apologize if this is a dumb question but I hope it makes sense enough to be answered.

Here's the problem with these videos. Guys who are buff already and can do this stuff, don't need the advice. The people who aren't in good shape and need help can't do this stuff. In the end it's just a pointless video.

If legs are next will you be doing them with shorts? Hahaha seems every time you do a leg day or lower body you both wear long pants. get it together dudes! Love the content guys!

I hate to be that guy and I can already see the comments. But damn Hudson your range of motion on the chins was weak. Like praying mantis pushup weak!
