At home upper body mobility band workout - s2d4 - Buff Dudes
video description
What I want to add is that I highly recommend using the door jam if you don't have access to other sturdy tie points. Also, if you have a portable pull up bar that fits in a doorway, those work very well for the overhead, pulldown type exercises as well.

Been waiting for the bands to get back in stock to pick them and the program up. Living the body weight program.
I have a door anchor from another band set but this one looks way more sturdy. Plus studies have shown that putting a Buff Dudes logo on anything automatically adds 10 pounds to all of your max lifts --

Really unfortunate there is no shipping to EU for the bands. Looking for alternatives that are available here is difficult. So, I'm wondering if you guys are aware of any brands or sets that have roughly the same resistances? (Also what's the length on your bands? That's the only info I'm missing from your store)

Personally, I'd be worried that over time the coarse fabric of the anchor would create micro-tears across the resistance bands that would then keep getting larger under tension. A metal ring or buckle at the end of the anchor would be an easy way of solving the problem.

Hey Buff Dudes,
I wanted to order the bands, but it seems you don-t ship to Bosnia and Herzegovina- Will you be updating your shipping locations anytime soon?

Thank you dudes for this program! Just finished week 1 of the beginner phase and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I never thought bands could give me such a great workout!
