HIIT cardio is THE WAY to go if you want to get lean and toned and because you are burning max calories, your workouts can be SHORTER! YAYYY more time in the hot shower, couldn-t get any better. Todays- workout is part of my 4 Week Bounce Forward Program. To get the full experience for FREE, make sure to register and download the ebook: It includes. Nutrition Tips Recovery Tips Tips on How to Stay Motivated Recipes . and much more! Register & Download your FREE COPY here: www. godaily. ca/bounce-forward Now you-re probably wondering, (now that you have downloaded the PDF and are in your gym clothes ready to workout to this video) How is 25 mins of HIIT going to make a difference in my fitness levels, isn't that too short to see any change? My answer is no AND yes. You see, HIIT has been proven to increase the amount of endorphins released post workout (your feel good hormone, which actually makes the workout easier and makes you feel AMAZING afterwards. I think thats a win, right! At least one? Another thing is the simple act of completing this workout will make you feel even better about how capable you are of completing tough challenges. It will leave you feeling more confident, holding your head a little bit higher, with a pep in your step. Thats win 2, oh we-re counting now and we haven-t even talked about body changes- One more thing that I will point out is that every time you workout, you are giving a little bit more to your health making you more resilient against getting sick. I think that-s a HUGE win, especially in the time we-re living in. HIIT can completely change your body and your metabolism if you are fueling yourself with purpose, meaning, you are giving your body the nutrients it needs in the amounts needed. Curious to hear more about nutrition? There more about it in the FREE ebook that accompanies this program. You can download it here: If you read through this description, downloaded the ebook, and have been patient with my antics, write in the comments -I did it and tomorrow Im going to workout again- - DONT SAY ANYTHING ELSE, and see how confused the people are who didn-t read this far get haha! Tried this when I first found Jo in February and I couldn-t get through the warm up. I have been doing all of Jo-s other workouts on YouTube since. Today, I decided to try this again and I got through the whole video. I am sweaty but I-m feeling strong! Can-t wait to see what the end of this challenge looks like

Day 1 of Bounce Forward, and this was straight in there! For a beginner (or rather, someone restarting a fitness journey after a long break, this was quite challenging - I needed to have the occasional break, but I look forward to seeing my progress over the next 4 weeks! Thanks!

Day 1/25 semi complete -.
I lasted up until 11: 55. My heart felt like it was going to explode! Nevertheless, I am extremely proud for completing at-least half of this.
The next day my legs were so sore, I walked and sat down like a really old lady

I struggled so much and I-m so disheartened, I-d been building up to this with the walking workouts for a couple of weeks, this really made me realise I can-t do this and I-ve had a good cry -

Well now, this was a whole lot more difficult than Jo's -regular- walking routines! I got thru it somehow, modifying where needed. Come on endorphins! -
