Your videos are amazing. The exercises are so varied and inspiring. I know a workout is designed to meet specific goals, but it could be useful if you suggested some combinations, reps, sets (and pauses between reps and sets) so we can build our own workout. For me it's helpful to have a target in a workout so I can strive to meet it.

Can you suggest any side plank variations to get the benefits of oblique muscle activation for knees with lateral knee ligament injuries?
I-m not supposed to load the side of my knee that way.

So I'm guessing that these will produce six-pack abs, strengthen our core, our legs and our arms? That we will gain greater flexibility and coordination, and our skin will attain a radiant glow?
