Just getting around to watching the vid today. Busy week. Fractured workouts because the gym is still renovating. Nevertheless I did my 3 days. Looking forward to Wednesday, they-ll be done -. Burpees in my toolbox. Thanks Corie great vid. Calf raise burpee and full bench burpees -

What I love about these vids cory is exercises for all ages. Older folk can get a burn out too. Low impact for older bones. Who needs to pay $$$ for gym membership, a workout from the comfort of your own home. Thanks for keeping the positive flag flying. Have a great day.

Thanks for the progression. my issue is I can-t seem to ge the jump back to feet portion without opening my knees wide (outside my elbows. I-m wondering what tips you can offer to help me get my knees together when I jump forward?

For an exercise I do so many of, I find I really hate them.
Squat thrust, press up and tuck jump variation is the only type I've ever done though, so will try other variations.

Love the push-up burpees! I am doing the macro hacks, so I am really excited to add these in. I also do 50 burpees a day in January, so this will help me mix it up.
