I like all of these options. I've never like jumping jacks, even as a child, but I like the squat jacks that you showed. Hopefully I got the name of them right. -

Looks like you cover all the maj muscle groups. Will def try it out. Can use some of the moves for a great dynamic warm up before a run or cycle. Love it!

I know i can do 80% of this exercises and rest 20% I will forget as I don't carry phone at gym. But I am highly motivated, I will definitely try this for sure!

These movements are so good for overall fitness. Cardio, endurance and flexibility. as well as keeping one's mind sharp. A sweaty workout too: ) Genius!

Real motivation and hardcore workouts. just one query all this 4 Bodyweight workouts have to be done at same time in one session or on different days?
