30 minute interval cardio workout you can do at home Redefining Strength Colin: Zhou are freak. I did 24 minute 15 sec interval cardio blaster. Had to step out of plank to ankle stretch plus push up, down onforearms and backup plus push up a couple of times and I am usually good at cardio. Pool of sweat on floor. Surely you have been diagnosed as hyper something.

This was great follow along no equipment workout at home! Pls post more -follow along- Hiits as we all need a little push to work out solo at home! I love yours and Kaisa the best because all the great unique compound movements and mobility while other trainers post all the boring typical movements! ----

I love that she explains everything, from the muscles the move works to what it's supposed to feel like when activating to modifications. She also uses moves that I've never seen used before individually or in combination. She has so many videos and there's so much to learn that it's very overwhelming.

I really like that you did a follow-along workout and recorded the entire thing. Many other fitness people I follow online will do 1 round and then say -ok, now you do 5 more rounds on your own-. It's great to see you practicing what you preach, I'm a huge fan, and I've learned a lot from you!

I love that -trainer minute-! That can go either way but never the way you want it. One more minute of work, done in a minute or I'll give you a minute --. I thought a minute was 60 secs ---

I previewed this video before actually doing it, and I was a bit nervous, thinking it-s a bit hard, but I love working out with Cory and she always gives us modifications, so I put my nose to the ground and did it! Thank you! Another video to add to my library. :0)

I can-t say that I liked it. But I did it. Haven-t done a lot of cardio for a while. I am drenched with sweat. I am trying to follow my Macros as you suggested. Slowly losing belly fat. If -tis doesn-t move belly fat. Nothing will.

this workout is great! i hope that more work along workout video like this, or it will be great if there's workout plan for us who have to stay at home during movement control time.
