Yet another great video. I'm not surprised to see your subscriptions growing. Cori - What is your feeling about resistance band knee drives? I attach the band to my knee or to my foot, medium tension, neutral or slight posterior pelvic tilt, usually hold onto something for balance and to enable more tension, then drive my knee forward. As a runner, I go for higher repetitions. My hips gets involved too with some rotation back and forth with the knee, and I try to extend backwards without losing pelvic neutrality. Good? Bad? Ugly!

Awesome variations! You make them look so easy! Many of your moves are very similar to Pilates on the Reformer except the band is portable and affordable. Now I can drop the idea of buying a reformer!

I absolutely love these because they involve a lot of functional movement as well as athleticism (on your feet. Easy to progressively overload which isn't always the case with core work. Thank you for this!

Can you do a video on a hip rotations and pivoting drill/exercise. You done a brilliant-one ages ago which I-m using to date using hip and feet and rotations I-ve benefited from it loads

Great video I just wish that you video'd the bar that your resistance band is tied to so I could see the angles you were from the bar

Can you, please, show some without attaching the band anywhere? There is no such thing at our place where I could attach the band
