-_I love these bands. They are lightweight and compact for traveling. I recommend buying two sets as it is helpful when doing squats to hold the same tension in each hand while stepping on _--_bestgym. equipment_--_ the bands. They offer a wide range of tension. The width and flat shape makes them comfortable to hold or use on your legs. This is a great alternative to a noisy machine when you want to exercise while watching tv. _-

Thank you for making this video that allows one to see the proper form for a number of upper body exercises with the mini-band. It would be more useful if, next to each exercise, you can also provide information about the major muscles targeted by that exercise.

Hey what's that last exercise called? Looks like you could burn a lot of calories chasing a dog around trying to get your bands back.
