Cory = Great video once again. Quick question, at 9: 35min during the 3-Way Neck Stretch, you mention -. look in all 3 directions if you want to address all 3 muscles-.
The video explanation suggests we look up and down, but should we focus on looking down at both the Left AND Right armpit? So that we only look up in the opposite direction (diagonal to arm/shoulder that is being stretched? I believe one other follower had the same question below about the -3- directions approx. 11months back, but there is no reply yet from RS.
Thanks for any clarity you can add to your suggestion on Stretch #7 TDK

My son took a year long personal trainer course and he is still my go to for advice.
Everything that you have taught is in sync with him.
I suppose he really paid attention because of his years of weight training, soccer - which ended with an ACL injury and surgery.
Thanks for all your excellent advice and new stretches and different ways to work, and properly.

I can-t seem to wrap my mind around the fact that when I do the first exercise or other methods that stretch the hamstrings it leads to tighter hamstrings for myself? I feel as if I-m better off not stretching cause it makes my body more tight and I can really notice it when I skate.

This person has ganglion cyst in RIGHT WRIST for last 25 yrs. Never, went away. ---- Will stretching my wrist make it get smaller? Can not have it surgically removed. Right hand Thumb & Forefinger will be paralyzed for life. Disabled. Must avoid surgery. This cyst is ugly. --

Thank you for the excellent video! What if I-m not flexible enough to do some of these moves. For example, I cannot reach her bra strap behind me because I-m a stiff girl. Do I just try to the extent that I can and overtime I will improve? Thank you again!

Excellent information here!
I'm disappointed that she didn't mention that warming up before stressing is vital. It can cause problems to stretch muscles that are cold and stiff. You knew that, but not everyone does!

I like the stretches and helpful information. Could you make a video leading the stretches for the right amount of time so we can workout along with it?
Thanks so much!

Cori, your videos are so informative and well put together- so easy to follow the steps and I love the background and research that you often add to support your routines.

Really like the stretches and explanation around each movement, but don't like all the commercials. I can't get through more than two stretches without seeing adds.

This is exactly what I needed. I have been having elbow tendinitis issues after pull-ups and I-m sure mobility and muscle imbalances (from my youth) are the cause
