Common Fitness Misconceptions Answered - Beginner Fitness Motivation Elizabeth: Thank you lucy for your honesty, love your advice, remember to be kind to yourself; your beautiful, fit, intelligent woman - what many women strive for. I put on 3 stone, for various reasons, its coming off slowly but surely, somedays I feel -yeah I can do this--others I want to eat and cry-, rollercoaster ride, patience and consistency I have to remind myself, cant believe how my body can change shape, I'm feeling fitter, stronger, better. -

I-m struggling with a medical condition and exercise is challenging. I have tried walking but my stamina is low and my breathing starts to get compromised. The slower I move the easier I can breathe. My doctor says my condition will improve if I lose weight. I-m working on it as best I can. Do you have any other exercise recommendations that I can do slowly? Walking, slow swimming, slow karate/tai chi.

What if you-re overweight and don-t have strength for many of these moves? But I can lift 500 pounds in the gym but I can-t do an actual pull up. Should I lose a lot of the fat first before I start calisthenics? All I can do is body weight squats. Other than that I can do nothing with my upper body. (I-m not finished the video yet so you may have answered this)

hey! I just started working out properly for 2 weeks and I gained weight, like 2 kilograms in just 2 weeks. I'm doing jump ropes 1000 a day and just eating healthy indian food. Am I doing anything wrong or is it supposed to be this way? HELP!

Thank you for always being real. It really means a lot. There's a lot of -noise- out there (regarding fitness etc) and it can be overwhelming. Thanks you soooooooo much. Feel better soon. - from Kenya.
