Yes! My biggest problem isn't always -what- I'm eating, but instead -how much- I'm eating. Sometimes I eat when I feel bored, so I trained myself to get up and do something instead to distract myself. And I learned that having healthy choices in my house instead of always junk, meant if I wanted a snack it was going to be healthy. Also learning to make my own food, instead of relying on pre-boxed items helped. but it's also fortunate that I enjoy cooking and have time to do it daily. I love your advice, it's so realistic and doable by everyone!

I would say carbs are bad because they taste really good. If you want to lose weight you should not eat great tasting food. It is hard to eat less when it is tasty. But it is easy to eat only when hungry when your food is bland. Good thing about it is our taste bud adapt. And when you eat just bland food it will not be bland anymore and it will taste it better.
For example apple for lot of my friends is not that sweet or tasty but i eat bland food and apple is tasteful. Food is just a fuel for your body do not be obssessed about taste.

About how to deal with hunger between meals, totally agree! I am doing Keto and it is recomended often to have your last meal at 6 pm (if you do intermited fasting) but boy oh boy, am I having hunger pains around 9 pm and around 10-11 pm I am like 'ok, that's it! ' and snack something. just by pushing back my dinner time to 7-7: 30 pm I am completly fine. We have to be kind to our bodies and find out what's best for us, not just blindly follow recomendations.

Thank you for sharing! Would you pls share your thoughts on Whole Food Plant Based science? There's so much content that's coming out against dairy, protein, etc. It's super confusing to hear mixed msgs - focus on protein from trainers vs. don't from scientists. Would help if you could shed some light on how you make peace with your choices. Thank you!

Love this video. You make it sound so simple, so stress free. I really do agree that nowadays there is so much information that can be so contradictory that I dont really know where to go from there, so to have this being explained in such a simples stress free way it really lightens it up. Thank you.

I have such a hard time with always wanting more more more. I think it's because I have counted my calorie intake in the past until it got very obsessive. Do you have any tips on how I can make sure my portions aren't too big without feeling like I'm restricting myself? Loving your videos btw!

i love this approach. i didn't actually lose any weight until i started being mindful with my food but not so obsessively tracking calories and measuring everything. now that i'm just listening to my body when it actually wants food and eating in moderation, it's been smooth, steady sailing.

The discovery of flatbread (100c per sandwich)
Low c pork sausages (100c for 1 1/2)
Mushrooms (not really any c)
Meaning a sausage sandwich is around 200c without butter. As 5mil and its 217c
Changing how much I ate made a MASSIVE difference tbh, calorie deficit is key.

I love that the meals you showed us are super easy to prepare -
There's one thing I'm wondering lately. In my country the main meal is usually lunch but I see many people having dinner as biggest meal of the day. Does this actually matter or it's just a cultural thing? --

This makes more sense, much easier than counting calories or avoiding certain food items. Getting the job done while enjoying favorite food. I think my wife and I can follow this better.
Lake Tahoe sweat shirt. Have you been? My favorite get away spot, 3 hrs drive away.
