This video is really well made and takes care of some of the most important aspects of calisthenics: staying safe and having fun.
I've been training for 2 years now doing mostly pull ups, push ups and dips, weighted or more advanced forms but I couldn't get myself to start learning the handstand or even do a proper headstand because I was afraid of hurting myself and didn't took the time to properly train it, you show some very simple ways to start from nothing and get better slowly while enjoying it and for that I thank you so much -

Beautifully done and beatufully explained. I'm more close to an intermiediate calisthenics (so I can do all squats listed and a decent number of upper body exercises you've shown) but I have problems with balancing headstands without the wall and those hands going backwards in the full planche position. I listened to your tips and I'm gonna incorporate them for this harder exercises cause I feel they will help a lot. Beautifully done and explained once more.

this is such a good video! Pistol squats have been one of my main goals during quarantine and I was at a lost for how to progress them properly. Im too scared to try most of the handstand moves haha, but I think the way you present and talk about it just makes it seem like it wont be so bad even if you have 0 experience doing this. Hoping to get the courage to work on these skills soon haha

Thanks! Just beginning this journey and already having a lot of fun! I always looked at handstand as something impossible but now after just few days of trying I think of next step after I will be able to handstand
My journey is not to lose weight but continue to stop smoking and till I continue sport it's OK, like I can do everything!
Thank you I discover all this thanks to you!

HELLO Miss Lismore! I LOVE your videos and are an inspiration. Can you tell me how many reps I should do with each of the beginners exercises. I hear do as many as you can tolerate but then hear I should do 3-4 sets of 12- 15 reps. I am very thin and have lost muscle and strength probably due to my age of 57. I would like to regain these back in a safe and healthy way. Thanks!

Damn, I cannot if my life depended on it, bring my ellbows close enough together to put them beneath my hips. I have the strength to do some calisthenics, but in this case my body locks. Great video and awesome attitude towards sports. It really should be fun to experience your body and your limits: )

Hey, great inspiring video. Gotta try those arm balances.
Only thing I miss is that you don't emphasize warming up/stretching the wrists, since especially arm balances and handstands seem pretty hard on them. Or did I miss that part? Anyway thank you for the great input: )

How do you know when your strength level is enough to begin trying these? I-m a complete beginner with zero upper body strength and I really want to be able to eventually do these movements but I-m afraid to start trying them out too soon and fall and hurt myself.

I like how your videos are actually for beginners. I've seens other calisthenics for beginners videos where they start with -before you start you need to know how to do 10 clean pull ups-. I can't even do a push up dude! I'm a beginner!
