Ive been doing and following Casey for quite a while. In the beginning of most of her videos, its about going down vertebrate by vertebrate. I never seem to be able to do that vertebrate by vertebrate move while going down. Half way through, I just slap my back onto the floor. Does anyone else have that problem? I want to make sure its not just me

I'm seriously the laziest person when it comes to working the abs, and let me tell you; this video helped me accidentally get rid of the little tiny problem area in the belly like 2 years ago for homecoming my senior year, you know that lower area. yeah, so I love it: )

This is great I recently broke my arm and can't play any sports or go running for about 6 weeks so I'm hopping by working in my core and legs and going walking I won't gain to much weight does anybody have any tips aswell as that? really worried about my fitness

This is exhausting! But I really love her motivation throughout, this is probably one of the best vids I've come across: ) I'm going to keep coming back to this video and my goal is just gonna be to do a bit better each time I attempt it haha

1st time doing this: painful in a good way, but I had a break
2nd time: I actually enjoyed this and I was able to finish this workout! Good luck to everyone else doing the beginners calendar: )

I still always come back to this one! Even after doing the much more intense and lengthier workouts shes put out recently, this one never fails to make me feel really sore the next day!

i love Cassey's new videos, however, I do miss these old videos! I hate how we can't use Pop music in videos anymore. but I still love each and everyone of her videos!

Im going back and doing all these older workouts and I love it because its all the music I listened to my senior year of high school. (and the 10 minute workouts are great)

i am on day 24 and my butt was burning, i basicly screamed along with the song from jason derulo to keep my butt up: ) guess it worked, am i the only one!
