Dear Cassey! I just rolled back this video to see how you looked than. Before the bikini competition. Because I changed my lifestyle 6 years ago, start eat healthy but then i start so strict to myself I dont eat any Sugar for 3 years. No birthday cake no xmas gingerbread nothing. And afraid to eat an apple just like You said. But when i saw your post abaut Balance and Love Yourself thing it Helped me so so much. So i just wanted to say Thank you so so much

Oh Cassey wen I do obliques workout I am totally flat n my hand start shivering. .so how should I do it strongly like u. n the abs workout wen I lie down flat on floor I cant get up straight. :( I hold my thighs n come up straight. these two workouts are challenging for me. pls giv me some tip so that I carry it better. I lov u so much. .u r the one n friendly instructor I have ever come across. .thanks.

Any tips on the second stretch move? I can get nowhere near the floor with my upper body leaning forward, especially if I'm not holding on to my feet and using the to drag me down a bit. And keeping my back straight is also near impossible if I start to lean forward. Is it only that I need to do that stretch A LOT, or is there anything else you can add to it?

To give hope to other popsters: This workout used to seem impossible and my wrists hurt unbearably. Now that I have doing the calendars for a while, I have found that this workout is still hard, but definitely doable! I only experience a little wrist discomfort! My back is a lot stronger too! Keep going guys! It gets better!

This is my second time doing the calendar, and my elbows kiiillled during the ballet twist. And I had to pause so many times, whereas the first time it wasn't so bad. What's happening? I would expect myself to be getting fitter, but it seems so much worse! :'(

Gosh I remember this video was the first one I came across with when I decided years ago to work out! It seemed too hard so I didn't choose to do it haha but later when I got more encouraged, I returned and did it. About to do it now as well!

Did anyone else have difficulty with the lady gaga move? I could do the rest of them (I nearly died doing them, but the lady gaga move seems impossible to me: ( I can crunch, and lift the butt. But together is a horror story. Any tips?

Waaa. I can barely do the whole workout. I cant keep it for long >. < But have to do it! Hwaiting! >. < Day 5 done. (I wish I can do the whole workout without stopping after I finish the beginner's calendar)

For maximum effect (not that Im in a rush for results or anything; ) how often do you think you should do this? Every day? Every other day? Ive never been clear on whether rest days apply to abs? Thanks for thoughts!

But I stop 3 day ( I don't know why, maybe I am just lazy)
Then I back to do these exercises and I can't finished it without rest! That kinder make me feel bad. (sorry for my bad English)
