I think it's so funny how in the beginning of the video she says that this video will make it so you won't be able to sit down tomorrow and I'm sitting here like, I already did 45 minutes of your other butt/leg workouts. I don't have a butt anymore. But I have to do this. Oooh my god. ( I always add extra videos when it's butt day lol idk why but I love it) Anyway, January Day 2 DONE! Feeling fantasticly sore and loving it! :D

Day 18! I really tried to do the first move, but couldn't. The position was just too hard to handle and to keep stable! Then Cassey showed the other position that works too but is easier so I went with it: ) Yes, I can feel my butt burnin a bit now. Nice workout.

I did this workout this morning. and my obliques are crying! I had to do clamshells for Physical Theraphy, so when I saw you start clamshells I was so excited. By the ended of the video, I wasn't so excited. Honestly, though, I love your clamshell variations.

Do you have your toes on the ground like Cassey? That should give you support =) If that's not enough, maybe instead of leaning your hand on the mat, lean on/hold on to a wall, a chair or something =) Good luck!

How can I prevent getting cramps in my outer calves while I do all these exercises? Everytime I do the little circles and the clamshells my calves cramp up making it basically impossible to complete the workout.

my circles are not too round but i finished w/o stopping! :)

Last week when I did the clam exercise I didn't feel a burn at all and today I realized I wasn't squeezing my glutes so I repeated the exercise all over again haha and now I definitely felt it

I've been doing this particular video for like. 10 years now. I keep coming back to it because it's so good. The moves aren't extra complicated and they give a proper burn. Love it!
