The songs for this workout are truly amazing, inspiring and motiving. Especially the first one with Who cares if you disagree? You are not me! Who made you king of anything! So you dare tell me who to be? Who died and made you king of anything!
I'm afraid I didn't hear what you said because I was singing all the time (but I did the exercises as well; )
Was super fun and I really feel my booty right know: ) I'M THE TREE! ;)

Sorry Cassey, love POP Pilates and follow all of your vids. But this is probably my least favourite of yours. Not all of us have the grace, form, flexibility or balance of a dancer. Quite disheartening to come up against this video in the monthly calendar and try and follow along but stumble in most poses and not be able to do half of them. :p other than that. Love the rest of them!

Just did day 15. I used to be in really great shape, and I lost it all and gained a whole bunch of weight: ( but I'm trying to get fit again, I know I can do it! I love this workout, it really works on legs which is what I need the most. Thanks, cassey I'm already getting stronger even if I'm only on day 15: )

We did a fifty minute class today in aerobics today our morning instructor works us out with her Cathe. Friedrick DVDs it was a lot of arms and legs with the ball with how many squats I did with the 20 pound bar on my shoulders I'm really feeling it in this workout I think Cassey killed me

Day 15. I almost cried. No joke. Not feeling good. I just wanna swear in 5 different languages. I'm mad 'cause my core deffo isn't as strong as it needs to be to keep the balance. I'm getting impatient.
This beginners calendar -journey clearly is a rollercoaster of emotions.

i have major knee problems so i couldn't do the first thing because of all the cracking and danger sounds, but i got through the rest! starting week 3 of beginners calendar, finally. going home to visit friends and family kept me way too busy. no more excuses, I'm back on it.

im a little intimidated by everyone saying theyre falling all over the place: D march 2020 calendar anyone? update: just finished it and i hated that because i feel like the stumbling everywhere prevented me from doing anything productive.

your workouts are always so frustrating because i don't have a good balance or am strong and I am always in a bad mood after them. but I started the beginners calender (which is absoloutley not beginners) so i will finisch it.

OMG! Somehow never ended up doing this one until now. Love this workout. So intense. All standing. Whew! Love the ending, too. All 3 of those have happened, but where is the tank? Discontinued? =/ Bring it back, Cassey! =)

The warm up section was too hard for my knees (they hurt easily when I bend them over the tip of my toes, but the rest was really good! One move is definitely inspired by Callanetics; my favourite one: )
