I've been doing this workout for over 8 months regularly, probably one or twice a week along with loads other blogilates workouts. It was always my toughest arm workout and I still find it really hard, but today was the first time I did two of the chyrango yoga arm things (sorry for spelling) fully on my feet. I could barely do them on my knees starting. Keep at this workout if it's hard for you because the progress feels amazing. So much to thank you for Cassie, love you! Xx

this after all the other arm workouts for today was way too much. should have done this first or something. my triceps are completely worn down from the other videos and my wrists are killing me. had to stop because it was so frustrating, and so many of the same exercises were repeated. also i can't do the tricep dips at all because my arms aren't long enough and i can only dip about an inch before my butt hits the floor. i guess today's videos were not for me.

I this video 17 month ago when I started doing blogilates, and I could not do anything. Now, I can actually follow along! Of course, I am doing beginner variations. Lol. But this is such a good video to work in to! My hope is that one day, not too far from now, I'll be able to do this! You have helped me love pilates and love the workout burn that comes along with it, Cassie. Thank you!

am doing this after a long time and feel so good. a year ago, I wasn't able to do any of the moves as directed but today I was able to: ) not perfect though. will keep trying and do this atleast once a week. hopefully I will then be able to strengthen the triceps and be able to do the tricep push-ups well. got a new goal now! good luck to me: )

How many times a week should I do this video to tone the back of my arms up a bit? I'm not fat and pretty content with my body-excluding my flabby arms! I really have bingo wings. ._. it sucks so bad when I wear anything sleeveless. I already do Cassy's calendars and am currently doing her arm challenge.

I did all of the amazing arms vids (october 8th) today, but I could barely do the moves from this video. My abs and legs are fairly strong, but my arms are so weak I could barely do five reps of each movement. It's a good video, but really not suited for beginners/those with weak arms.

Omg my arms are so weak. But im not discouraged! I will improve ive already seen improvements even from excercises that dont specifically target the arms! I had to stop alot cuz my arms hurt too much but if i continue doing blogilates i will improve regardless if its this video or not!

omg cassey you will not believe how happy i am! i remember doing these during the #FABruary calender and i remember stopping every moment and i would whine at how long each exercise lasted, but now, i was like hey these are actually pretty short. and then it hit me that i improved

Ok this video is one of the hardest Cassey has ever made! But guess what, I like to see them as checkpoints: everytime they appear in the calendar I realise I'm a bit stronger than the last time (or at least I cry a bit less while doing them. and it's so rewarding: D

Well I thought at one point I would have to make brakes because my arms aren't that strong, YET. So yea I stopped a feeeww times but my arms are already so much stronger what I also can see in other workouts like planks, so it's going, and I'm happy about it: D
