Her non-stop talking drives me freakin crazy. that every couple minutes I literally yell just shut up! '' I love her exercises but she talks wayyy too much. I understand guiding us through the work outs and trying to relate to her viewers in some ways but she goes on and on and on and on and on and on. Shut UP already

I have had this problem with my tail bone since the 7th grade. I fell on it during netball training and now every time I need to balance on it for a workout It hurts like hell and I end up having to visit the doctor. Is there anyway I could ease the pain while working out?

This was one of the first blogilates videos I ever did. Since then I have adapted my workout and been doing blogilates for 2 or so years. Coming back to this video 2 years after starting pilates, I have improved so much and I don't struggle with this workout anymore.

I didn't stop at all during this workout but during the Gaga part I put my head back when I wasn't chrunching at the count of three and, kept my shoulders in the air. Was definitely sweating. LOVE THIS! Cassie you're such an inspiration!

Help! How i can make my neck not hurt like hell? It's annoying that i never can do these lift your shoulders-things well because the pain. >: ( And it's just looks that it doesn't end even i have done Blogilates for a good while now.

I hate when I dont know how many counts Ill be doing just like the last move. It takes forever and I lose passion! But if somebody tells me in the beginning the number of counts even if its like for example 50, I feel like I can do it!

Hey blogilates! Loved this! First time I did one of your workouts. And i lovvveddddd it! Havnt burnt this in a while! I felt the boat thingy in my upper flutes as well. Is that normal?

i did this video last year and could NOT for the life of me get this done but now even after having a baby i was able to finish! THANKS CASSEY: ) i love your videos so much.

This is my first month of Pilates- completed it, but I want to take a lil break since I lose interest and motivation so quickly.
Anyone going to do something different?

ahh so happy I could do the whole video without stopping. I was so tempted to lie down during the bicycle crunches but I kept doing the advanced move for the whole time: )
