Guys for ANY ab workout, because abs are muscles, if you want to build them up you MUST use weights. I do this workout with 5 lbs and I hold them up on my hands when doing side crunches, then for the side pulses I put them on my knees so that I create resistance on my obliques. It may not seem like much but it is more effective. Casey is good for strengths training but if you want to grow muscles you better lift weights. I hope this helps.

You guys, this works so incredibly well. I haven't worked out in years and I have been doing this video (along with numerous others in my playlist) for almost two weeks straight. The results are unbelievable. I can see my muffin top start to shrink, my thighs are toning up and becoming stronger (they are super flabby. I don't want anyone to give up! This girl knows her stuff and I admire her energy. We can do it, people!

This is my to go obliques I do them with 5-15 lbs dumbbells depending on the situation. I heave ti owe Casey my 11 abs because its been this workout. No matter my fat percentage 20 or 24% they are very visible. Since an each side she does different reps I just do it all on one side and all on the other. It helps alot
Btw quarantine 2020 anyone?

For some reason I do better with this one than the muffintop massacre. This kicked my butt! Going to be sticking to this as it works out a little bit of everything but mainly my problem area. Favorited and will be sharing with my other mom friends that need a good workout

Cassey, thank you for amazing videos as always. I have been following you for over 2 years now and today I actually decided to look back on some old videos haha I really liked these moves for the obliques! I would love if you did another obliques video: )

I LOVED THIS! it's so new and fresh, really helping me work out even when I could do the moves (as compared to it being too hard to do and not working anything) thanks so much cassey for spending time to do all this for us. Love you! Sweating happy

Day 2! Still hard but easier today because I did a morning yoga routine before doing this workout so I wasn't so stiff. I'm sticking with this one because my muffin top is my worst problem area after having 2 kids. Be back tomorrow!

I'm so proud of myself! I was able to keep up with cassey the entire time! Until at about 11: 00 because I had injured my arm in softball. Even at those twists, I promised myself I would do 10, and I pushed it all the way to 40!

Damn! I can't do those side leg lifts and I try for a long time. My body gets all twisted and I can't do it on a proper form. Not even bending a little my legs help. Argh.
