for the people doing day 26 june on fire, we're only supposed to do this video once and then finish the other three after this. If you're not doing the june on fire you're supposed to be doing this 4 times. please thumbs up this so people don't accidentally end up doing a 2 hour workout like i did last week. EEEK

Such a good workout! Hey Cassey and Popsters check out charity miles app it gives me extra motivation to push it since they donate to a charity I choose for every mile I walk run or bike us Popsters could really make a difference!

I would try to be motivational and say I feel good after doing this 4 times, but then I'd be lying. I feel sore already, but I believe I'm 4 steps closer to my goal! And I still have 3 more videos! #Juneonfire: P

ccan anyone help me: ( whenever i plank my back dips in like crazy, i try to tuck everything but it doesn't work. i used to have back problems could it be that?

erghh decided to wake up and workout to get it done and over with! I'm almost done, were almost there guys! Wake up everyday and tell your self you can do this!

I can't do the 100 Burpee after doing all those other videos. but will definitely catch up on it on Sunday. just 100 burpee alone. should take about 20-25 mins

I didn't have hardwood floors and I REALLY didn't want to do another 10 burpees, but I pushed through and substituted, worth it.
