This is the easiest Key Lime Pie recipe ever! You don't need to bake it and it's vegan! See recipe here Kayla: I just tried this recipe out and I am really disappointed. Adding in the tapioca starch was a horrible idea. I added two tablespoons as the recipe calls for and it made the mixture horribly gritty. I even added more avocados and some water, but there was still a very bad grittiness. :(

first of all, put your hair up when you are cooking. what is this a beauty pageant? no one likes food full of hair. and unless you already have all those ingredients on hand, it's not that cheap. most people would need to go but walnuts, dates and tapioca flour and it would be pricey.

Thanks for the recepe! Defs gonna try this.
Can't believe how cheap foods are in America. :O Here you pay around 3 euros for that amount of walnuts and 1 euro or more per avocado.
The good news is that I managed to fidn stevia in the store yesterday: )

I have a question. I'm allergic to avocado, and it would be so help if you could do a video about foods for the whole day without avocado. I think it would help not just me but alot more people in the same situation: )

Cassey, that was fun! but i would put the crust up the sides and use lemon only because i have lemons! and maybe use chia seeds or arrowroot powder as a thickener 'cuz i have that on hand too! :)
reply

Uncooked tapioca starch really? that is useless and gross. Starch thicken when heated other than that its just adding powder texture, so youd better of adding raw edible powder.

Man, I want whatever grocery store she has! Everything is so expensive here! Walnuts especially, would be about $5. 00 for that 3/4cup. >_>; This looks yummy though!

Only 1 tbsp of stevia? I feel like that wouldn't make it sweet enough considering the bland and tartness of the lines and avocados. Maybe like 1/4 cup would be better

I wanna try this so bad! But do I need a food processor or is there any other option? Can I use my blender? (I have an okay blender, so I'm not sure if it would work)
