Workout calendar: & Get your beginner's calendar here cevcc: Day 12 of the beginners calendar was super hard a frustrating. I could barely keep up with the two first videos, my muscles literally didn't respond, and this last video was so painful for my knees, I had to put something a bit cushiony beneath them to be able to follow the moves. Is it normal that my knees hurt so much when I lean on them? I exercise on a yoga mat.

Second Quarantine here in Greece!
Today's workout, Fat Melter and Ab trainer was really hard, but it was all I needed. I pushed myself in order to distract it from all this crazy situation. And then this stretching video gave me peace.
Stay positive everyone. we can do this!

Cassey, I just want to say that I am on day 2 and this stretch vid KILLED my already sore muscles lol. I can't wait until I get to the point to where I can do these vids with dying. (I know it's an older vid but i just needed to tell yah. whew

Did this at 1 in the morning after a series of intense workouts (all Blogilates of course) and this was so relaxing and good. Very much needed for my tense body. Also, I've been longing for the beach, so this was like good medicine.

I love this video, and this series! But I realized I had never done the one shown as a preview at the end of this video. so I looked for it and did it! Why isn't it in the calendar sometimes? It's a good one too!

September 13th! I am so proud of myself! This is the first full calendar day I've done since near the end of August because of school and extra curriculars. It wad really nice to get through all the videos.

I really don't like the Dogging cobra. I mean when I'm doing the cobra, my lower back hurts so so much. I don't know if i'm doing it wrong or if it's because I have small back issues. Any tips?

thanks Cassie, it really made me feel better to do this workout. I've stopped doing them since February for various personal reasons and physically, this is the best I've felt in ages.

I'm doing this workout every morning because of the neck and shoulder pain I have when I wake up. Whenever I do this, my aches are gone and I am ready for the day. Thanks Cassey!
